Hi Dane and Gang,
I was interested in your comments about the squeezebox boom. I tried
looking it up on the web but anything I found was from the fall of
2008. Is it still in production with perhaps a later model? It sounds
great. I have the Sanyo r227 which is great but the only thing I can
do on it without sight is to use the eight presets. Where might I
find some more up to date info on it?
Thanks so much.
Bud

Hi!
Thanks to list members for recommending this product to me and I'd
certainly pass on your recommendation to others just on the sound
capabilities of this thing alone, that's all I have working thus far
as I need visual assistance to still set up the Network connection so
I'm yet to knuckle down to the serious stuff.
I'm extremely pleased at the amount of documentation I've come across
for the Squeezebox Boom in my searches of the Internet, obviously
there's a huge "Squeezebox Boom Fan Club" out there <smile>.
The build of the Boom unit is excellent and solid.
Cheers!
