I think its slightly different, on free youtube to mp3 downloads the
video gets downloaded to your pc as a mp3, but the other 1 downloads it
as flv then you can choose to convert it.
I never tried free youtube to mp3 before but i think thats the case.

You can use the YouTube Downloader which downloads FLV then convert it
to mp3 or you can use Wavepad which will convert it.
