Hi Mac users. Some dramatic improvements particularly for voice over users are now in the latest version of Skype for Mac. The interface and layout has gone under a dramatic change. It's now absolutely fully accessible. You can either use the menu bar or the tool bar. If you have a previous version of Skype, the best thing to do is open that version. Go to preferences. Then select check for available updates. Follow any further instructions. Note, I have not found a way of importing contacts from previous versions of Skype as yet, but that doesn't mean it can't be done. This is the most accessible version of Skype for voice over.
