You can just use Stationplaylist Studio for that. The program consists of two packages. Stationplaylist studio is the play out system while Stationplaylist creator is the scheduling system. With just studio you can do play-out. I haven't messed with the beat mixing but I think it will do that. I am more familiar with it in a broadcast and radio automation context.
