Hello list: A while back in an effort to ellimate some of my shortcuts from my desk top, I deleted the shortcut to Qwitter Read Me! I was under the impression that if I brought up the Qwitter program, I could access the "read me" file from there. Apparently I cannot as it is telling me that Windows cannot find the shortcut to this file! So how do I access Qwitter Read Me, now that the shortcut key is gone?
