Hi. You won't be sorry about getting JBL. I have a pair of JBL active RF
speakers and they are incredible. They are small but so powerful and the
quality of sound is unbelievable. I use them with a Warfdale 9 inch
sub-woofer and the resulting sound is wonderful and that is linking them to
my PC. They also can be driven via line in but I use the RF option and it
is surprising how good the sound quality is for such small speakers. In
fact I have a high end Hi-Fi system in my living room but the combination in
many ways matches and sometimes surpasses the highe end stuff. I'm sure you
will enjoy your new purchases as the next time I buy new speakers it will

Just ordered one of these speaker systems, expecting it Monday so I should
be able to give you all a good "wrap" of the device then.
This system is "Airplay" compatible thus you can stream music or video from
your Mac, Computer or IOS device to the system, also contains an aux-in jack
and a USB port for those people who don't have "Airplay" devices.
Has an iPhone/iPod/iPad compatible dock so you can connect the device
directly if you so desire.
You're looking at around $200.00 in the U.A. for one of these systems and
that to me is a bargain.
There is a JBL system above the "Onbeat Air" called the "Onbeat Stream", its
a little more powerful and will also allow bluetooth streaming, had I known
of the existence of this model then I probably would have bought it, ah well
at, at least I can keep saving and its like the old story with the Altec
Lansing Expressionist Plus and Expressionist Ultra speakers which worked
themselves out in the end <smile>.
I've never owned nor heard - consciously at any rate - a JBL speaker system
before, I'm told I "Don't know what I'm missing"? We'll see come Monday.
