This is kind of ot, but to basicly answer your question, the only one that comes with an IR blaster that I can think of is Haupauge's Win TV HVR 2250. I mean AVER Media makes a TV FM toner for $50 but, you said you want an IR blaster so that's my suggestion. However, I'd like to ask you a question to help me better suggest what to do, but that will take us down to a dark place of going OT. Please E-mail me off list at [email protected].
