Are you shure they are not SDIF jacks?

Hi all,
Using Win/7 HP, Jaws 13 and RocketFish 5.1 Sound Card.
Looking at the computer from the back, 4 jacks, from right to left,
microphone, speakers, and 2 other jacks. I have tried using both to record
from a cassette player. I have gone to the recording properties and have
chosen the RocketFish Line-in as the default. Set the volumn at 75, and as
I said, have tried both empty jacks with no results.
Using Goldwave as the recorder, I can record myself from the microphone
jack.
Any thoughts, or does this card not have any line in qualities??
