There are numbers of turntables with USB connection which would be suitable.
Then any sound editor (Audacity for example) could be used to record the audio from your lps using the USB as a sound source. You might then use something like MP3DirectCut to split the extracted file to individual tracks.
Both Audacity and MP3DirectCut are freeware programs.
