Hi Adrien. I use a program called Sound Taxi to lower the bit rate of files. It works great. You'll have to use the mouse to configure things in the program, but once you do that for the first time you don't have to worry about the mouse anymore. The program costs something like $40. Do a search for it, and you'll find the web site.
