Hi Dane,

As I am thinking whether to go iPhone or a smart phone to replace my current
mobile, can you please say something about your Samsung Galaxy S3 phone,
particularly if you can compare it to iPhone.
Thank you very much.

Hatch.

I have to admit that not being able to set an alarm wouldn't put me off
buying a radio these days, I have Samsung Galaxy S3 phone with alarm, iPhone
with, iPod and iPad with more alarms than I know what to do with and so it goes
on so a radio with an alarm I can't set? Well that's just a radio without an
alarm as far as I'm concerned so no big deal.

We don't have the radio weather warning service out here and I hope I've got
the name right, the only reason I know about it is because of the CC II, it too
has this functionality.

right side of the radio selects AM, FM, and the weather band. The on/off
button, volume wheel and earphone jack are on the very top. On the face of the
radio you will find 2 vertical buttons which move up and down the dial. There
are 5 buttons you can use to pre-select your preferred frequencies. Once you
have located a station you hold down one of the 5 buttons for 2 seconds until
you hear a beep and then repeat the process for the next station you want.
There are more buttons and functions which I still don't understand and/or need
at the moment. The sound is acceptable to my old ears. There is a 60 day return
policy if you decide you do not want this radio.
