I work for an agency for the blind that has a radio reading service. We use
Station Playlist software run our automation system. We are having two major
problems with Station Playlist Studio at the moment which I hope you can
help me solve.
The first issue is that Studio isn't topping up properly. We have it set up
to top up short hours automatically, and we have told Studio where the
top-ups folder is. It still doesn't use them. It will restart the hour
instead and play until it's time for the ID. We did find several files in
the top-ups folder that were not audio files, and we removed them. It still
doesn't work.
The other problem is that every once in a while Studio and/or Creator starts
to think it's the wrong day. For example, it will play Friday's programs on
Thursday. At midnight it puts itself right again, but this is annoying. Our
clock settings in the computer are correct. I'd appreciate any ideas you may
have to help resolve these problems. Thank
