Speaking of iTunes, if anyone's interested in finding out more then you can 
purchase some excellent tutorials on iTunes, one is called Take Control of 
iTunes, not sure if a Windows version is available but a version for the Mac 
certainly is and iTunes for Mac and Windows are very similar.
