Its unlikely you'll find anything to suit your requirements.
For example how would you power such a device? you need the power to
transmit the Bluetooth signal.
If you want to use your Bluetooth headphones with your MP3 player you're
going to have to get a player that can use Bluetooth to transmit to the
headphones.
