Hi!
Sampling all my tapes before they're finally thrown into the recycle bin,
need to make room <smile>.
The following is a NPR production of the War Of The Worlds play, a cover
of
the original broadcast in 1938.
The broadcast was played on ABC FM here in Australia.
Managed to record it though conditions in those days weren't like anything
we know today, was using a cassette deck with Dolby C though I do think
the
results are perfectly acceptable.
