How would I know what software I have from Apple? I know I had QuickTime and Itune and uninstalled both of them but still getting the error message. I use Iphone, does that mean I might have something else other than Quick and Itune?
Thanks!

Hello:
sorry for the delay in response. From what I read on applevis if you
remove itunes, and the other apple components and reinstall from a
downloaded itunes all should be working correctly. I have not tried it yet
as have not had the time plan to try today or tomorrow.

Hello:
You need to uninstall itunes and all related software. This includes
bonjour. There are some posts on applevis all about this. This error
occurred when installing /updating the latest version of itunes.
