I don't think Voice dream supports Braille format. It is primarily designed
for text to audio or playing audio format books. I believe it is possible to
use a braille display with the various text formats but some of the other
apps can be slightly more user friendly. There was an article on this
subject in Apple-Vis a week or so ago.

a Braille display, I don't personally know whether Voice Dream does support
this format as I've not tried it.
