re sound taxi

Hi, anyone having trouble with their sound taxi today. mine has gone 
strange. i can go to where my files to convert are, but i can't open 
them to convert. also, the screen is saying tip of the day, which 
gives me nothing, and in another place, drag and drop media files 
here. any ideas anyone, brian.
