It is called the URL Finder tool. It is built in within Replay Radio 9 and Replay Media Catcher 5. At first, Replay Media Catcher 5 will appar inaccessible to a blind computer user but it is not so. This is why I asked you to contact me by email / Skype if necessary. If you want the direct URLs of audio streams then try Replay Radio 9 instead and it is accessible and much easier to use.
You can try the demo versions first. If you are asked to download a certificate when running either program you can accept or say no. The certificate is designed to help you with https: type streams.
