re text to mp3

hi, this is for anyone who is using this programme. i have installed 
this programme, but am having trouble in using it. it says load 
file., according to my sighted helper, on the screen, but using 
wineyes, i can't find it. so, if someone is using the programme and 
also using wineyes, please let me know how you are using it. brian.
