Hi! I received this in the post this morning, took me all of ten seconds to install the device.
There was nothing special regarding the pairing between the device and my other equipment, as soon as I turned the unit on and set my Bluetooth equipment to search for unpaired devices the Belkin box came up. I'm listening to Music from the iPhone through the Belkin which is connected to the Rotel DAC and it sounds very good. Interesting to note that - when using Voiceover - there's very little delay between the action performed and when Voiceover speaks or gives feedback, one of the best performing Bluetooth devices I've used in this regard.
