Need help finding an MP3 music track to purchase or download

I am looking to get an MP3 of a track by "Octopodes," called "Holding 
out for a Hero." It is not available on Amazon MP3 nor on eMusic. 
I've googled around and not found it elsewhere except on free MP3 
download sites which I'm lyrie of trying. Can anyone suggest another 
site where I can purchase or a safe free download site?
