The audio levels I assume you're referring to here can be found in the Volume 
control for Windows, you're using Windows 7 I take it?

If so then the volume control can be easily found by pressing the start key on 
your keyboard, your computer will then prompt you with "Search for", type in 
volume and select volume control from the list that comes up and press return, 
you can make adjustments through there.
