"airplane mode" turns on and off the WI-FI capability of the Victor Stream.
When WI-FI is on, the Stream will transmit radio signals, which is not
desirable while on an airplane; this is the same idea as Airplane Mode on a
smartphone.

Hi list, i have the victor stream second generation. i haven't so far, got
anywhere withe airplane radio link. is anyone using it successfully, if so
can you give me any advice. when i press on airplane, it says 1 bbc world.
from there i have no idea how to proceed. i do have a text version of the
user guide, which i believe is the latest guide, as i just got  it from
humanware. if anyone can help, i would be grateful, if only to learn that it
works. brian.
