Dane, I own the olympus LS14, have since it came out in 2012. Yes, the recorder has voice guidance, and all the on board tools associated with it. The tuner is not a radio, it is a guitar tuner, but I don't believe we can actually use it. We can, however, use the overdub, although I must confess to never having done so, so I don't know how.
