Yes, there’s a lot to not like about iTunes I agree but I would have to say 
that radio - from my perspective at any rate - wasn’t one of them, I’ve had 
very little trouble with any of the streams I’ve listened to but then again I’m 
in australia and I don’t listen to all that much Internet Radio, mainly KNX, 
WBBM, 1010 WINS and so on.

As far as updated stream information goes? As far as I’m aware, iTunes doesn’t 
actually have control over its streams, that is to say the streaming 
information is part of an Internet Radio Database - so many other pieces of 
software and hardware use these now - so its up to the database to update 
itself.

I’ve found times when these databases have overlooked something or other, a 
Tweet on my Twitter feed seems to fix the problem in 24 hours believe it nor 
not <smile>

As for the radio plays for Windows we’ve been discussing? I thin I tried Tapin 
Radio and never had much success with it thus quickly lost interest given my 
being used to listening to Internet Radio in the back yard say rather than 
sitting at the computer.
