Seeking NPR stream for The Rio Grande Valley Texas region

 HI guys, especially experts in radio and the like: I'm trying in vain 
to find the radio stream, that would allow me to program it into 
TapinRadio, for the npr Radio afiliate for the Rio Grande Texas region?
