Skype with headphones

 HI guys
The situation with my Windows7 32 Bytes HP Laptop is when I'm on Skype, 
wearing headphones to better hear the person, on my Laptop's external 
speakers, I hear Jaws or NVDA, and other Windows sounds; is there a way 
to configure so that I can hear out of the headphones, both, my Skype, 
and the Windows sounds? Thanks for info.
