winamp stereo tool plugin?

has any one gotten stereo tool for winamp to work with jaws?
if so what did you do?
even if I can get to the list of default preset sthat would work but I 
can't figure this thing out
it worked back in the day but it no longer speaks with jaws is any one 
using this plugin and if so what did you do to get it to speak?
