looking for simple digital to analog converter

Hi all

 

Looking for a reasonable good but simple digital to analog converter to
connect my hifi to my computer.

My criteria are the following:

 

One usb port

2 
RCA output ports

The sound quality must be good.

 

Nothing fancy just that.

 

Can anyone help?
