This is further to my query about transferring music between two separate rooms I am now going to use cables to do the transfer and keep the audio cables as short as possible. For this reason it seems that I will be using active high speed USB extention cable. Has anyone used one of these cables for any purpose? What I would like to know is where the powered modul of the cable is situated? Near the male or the female side of the cable? I need to know this in order to plan properly. Regards Andre
