My opinion only, but please check out Groups.io if you want a stable and reliable host. The web interface is fully accessible on all platforms, and Mr Fletcher who runs Groups.io is very committed to that. I have lists of my own on there and can't say I had any problems at all. Anything I do have Mr Fletcher is only an email away, either privately or on his Beta group which talks about new and improved features to the site. After all that, I should give out the URL *smile*.
