Setting up Skype

    Hi,
    I am currently using Window-eyes 9., and would like to set up skype again.  
It seems that in the past, everytime I tried to reinstall skype, I am told that 
my password is invallid, even though I  am changing passwords each with each 
new installation.  Even though I have removed the skype folder, Something is 
still remembering an old account from years ago.  How can I set up a brand new 
version, and also avoid the various toolbars which skype is always wanting me 
to use?
