Start Tapin Radio and go to the help menu. Down arrow and you will find an entry that says "suggest a new station". Press enter on this and you will be put into an e-mail form. Type in the details of the station and how the stream can be found. When finished, use Alt+s to send the message. You don't have to worry about an address or subject for the e-mail, Tapin will take care of that for you.
