I've been reading posts in the Skype community on this and associated topics and I'm not the only one pondering as to why one can't communicate between multiple devices logged into a single Skype account but the fact is you can't. The obvious scenario seems to be direct communication between family members with different devices however it seems that each user has to have their own account and yes, if each user has their own account then they can obviously communicate freely using Skype and I see Microsoft's point here, a little annoying to have to create multiple accounts but still useful.
