Goldwave 6 question

I am running Goldwave version 6 point something, the 64-bit version, on 
a Windows 10 HP desktop.  If there Goldwave users on list, please tell 
me whether one can reliably read the V U meter with a screen reader.  If 
so, please tell me which screen reader you are using, whether you are 
using scripts, and the specific procedure for reading the V U meter.
