To be fair I can’t compare the Mini 4 with any other of the devices you’ve mentioned though I’m prepared to bet that you’re probably right on the ball, the Mini 4 isn’t special but its a damn sight better than the iPad III was when I heard that thing over 2 years ago.
I don’t have an Android Tablet right at the moment, I had a Nexus 6 I think it was and that sounded reasonable but nothing compared to the Mini 4.
