Yes this is an Android desktop computer of the smaller variety. The machine I’m getting only has 1GB of RAM but this probably will be quite enough.
I’m hoping to be able to get the Talkback Screen Reader working on the Rimix. The Remix has a HDMI port for audio/video thus it can connect straight to most modern televisions or Surround-Sound systems. The machine has other ports including 2 USB and various other interfaces to allow the machine to connect to Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 and so on. I’ll be curious to know whether the Remix Mini will recognise any of my external audio devices such as my Plantronics Audio 478 headphones or my ImIC sound devices. The machine costs around $50 and you can use either the 8GB standard internal storage or upgrade to 128GB via a SD card. ********** Those of a positive and enquiring frame of mind will leave the rest of the halfwits in this world behind.
