Hi!

For those who don't know Jamcast is a "Must Have" for your Windows PC if you're into DLNA streaming - streaming to your Surround-Sound receiver or portable speakers -.

Jamcast allows you to stream from external sources or your computer to DLNA compatible devices.

Recently new channels were added to Jamcast including BBC Radio and Spotify.

The BBC streams are 320K so quality is up there with the best.

I've not tried the Spotify stream yet but - knowing Spotify as I do - I'd be very surprised if quality was at all degraded.

My Favourite Jamcast channels are the iTunes channel - stream your iTunes library wherever you want using DLNA - the Virtual Sound Card channel - use your PC as an input for any other device and stream that - and the Radio Tunes channel - Premium Music for your listening pleasure.

Last time I checked a lifetime licence for Jamcast was under $20 which included free updates fo the life of the software.
