vlc help

[Hank Smith, and Seeing-eye dog Iona]

Hello can any one who uses vlc both on mac and on windows can you please 
open this file and tell me if you get any sound?

this is the only stream that I am having issues the info is playing 
there is tag info showing but no sound only vlc is giving me this 
problem and am trying to figure why it is behaving this way. its 
frustrating me to no end.
