Hi!

I've now had my JAWS activated for over a week and I've been using it full-time since I activated the product, I mainly use JAWS in conjunction with my Focus 40 Braille display - I take my hat of to those who have come before me and are using JAWS full-time with a Focus from a Braille keyboard, how you remember all those chords is something I'm going to have to find out - I do use speech from time-to-time and I commend Freedom Scientific on what they've done to have JAWS handle audio devices without a blemish it seems, if I select a Sound device from the Menu under utilities then that's exactly where the audio of JAWS is routed and not only that but the settings stay as is, incredibly stable compared to other Screen Reading solutions I have here.

My only slight irritation is that - it seems - you can't adjust the volume of the JAWS voices easily? For the moment I went into the System Volume control of Windows 10 and adjusted JAWS audio output from there but there must surely be another way - an easier and more intuitive way - of doing this? Again, I'm a newbee, I admit it and I'm probably missing a thousand things at this time <smile>.
