This usually either means that the username/password you specified is incorrect (please check that again; do you have any special chars in the password?) or that you Sun Online Account is a free account only (ie. not connected to a $$$ support contract) which only allows downloading a certain subset of patches (security patches and some more).
If it *is* a valid SOA connected to a support contract, you might experience a temporary SunSolve hickup; try again later and let us know.
