However, I discovered yesterday that my contract number was no longer associated with the account for some reason. I've added the contract back in, but given your confirmation, I'm wondering if it may be an account configuration issue.
I see. Actually, in my experience, the 403 error means exactly that: The username/password is correct, but it's not connected to a support contract and you're trying to download a restricted patch. It's strange, though, that downloads through the website with the same Sun Account still work, then.
