Hi, Had some similar problems last Fri. Tried to download 175 or so. Got all but 6. Tried throughout the day and always got an error that the patch wasn't found. Tried http & https.
Tried it again yesterday morning and the same 6 patches failed. Tried later in the morning (about 10am CDT) and got them. Couldn't get them via http, but could with https in pca. The rest of the patches were retrieved with https (default). No clue as to what's going on, but it doesn't appear to be unique to you.
