If you are sure that this file wasn't modified manually by you or some
other (root) user, you can safely ignore the message and install the
patches without --safe.
Sometimes a system file is modified by a patch or a software
installation script without its checksum being updated in the global
database (/var/sadm/install/contents); that can cause such "pkgchk"
errors as seen above.
