Same here, and I think that the explanation is correct. Which reminds me of a
yet unanswered question:
Does anybody have an idea or found a way to find out (a) which entitlements are
required to download a certain patch and (b) which entitlements are connected to
a certain "Support Identifier" or MOS account?
