This could be a different problem - if the pca-proxy returns 404 to the pca client, it failed to download the patch successfully. To find out why, you would need to add "debug=1" to the pca-proxy.conf file and watch /var/tmp/pca-proxy-debug.txt for debug output of the proxy. Trigger the download just like you already did: Remove 120185-22.zip on the proxy, and download the patch via a PCA client.
If you try that, and see 404 again, please let me know what you find in the pca-proxy-debug file.
