*Sigh* .. from my experience this means that the Oracle server thinks that you
provided an invalid user/password combination. Are you sure that you can login
interactively to support.oracle.com with this MOS account? If so, please look at:
https://supporthtml.oracle.com/ep/faces/secure/km/DocumentDisplay.jspx?id=1269292.1&h=Y
and see whether you can verify your support levels with the method described
there under "How to find what Support Levels a User has".
