125555/125556 are not handled in a special way in PCA. I do sort the patch utility patches to the top of the list, because the install_cluster does the same, but I'm not otherwise messing with patch dependencies.

As for Sun/Oracle: They seem to strongly encourage the use of patch clusters only. Gerry Haskins writes:

Maybe I shouldn't say this, but it's obvious anyway: Oracle doesn't want you to use PCA for patching. But I can live with that :)
