Hi Stuart,
Oracle have stopped providing SunRay patches which can be installed
using PCA and the patchdiag.xref
To get the latest SunRay patches you need to download the file
p11659754_512_Solaris86-64.zip for Solaris X86.
This provides:-
rskelton: zipinfo p11659754_512_Solaris86-64.zip
Archive: p11659754_512_Solaris86-64.zip
Zip file size: 269889310 bytes, number of entries: 3
-r--r--r-- 2.2 unx 1283 tx defN 11-Jan-21 23:09 README.html
-rw-rw-r-- 2.2 unx 198534938 bx stor 11-Jan-21 23:04 srss_4.2.zip
-rw-rw-r-- 2.2 unx 71353259 bx stor 11-Jan-21 23:02 srwc_2.3.1.zip
3 files, 269889480 bytes uncompressed, 269888884 bytes compressed: 0.0%
When you unpack srss_4.2.zip you run install and it patches your system.
Your SunRay server will then be 5.1.2
This is a real pain :-(

I'm probably doing something wrong but ...
I've got a newly installed x4150 (machine switched from Windows Server to
Solaris 10) with Solaris 10 Update 9:
Oracle Solaris 10 9/10 s10x_u9wos_14a X86
It was fully patched including Studio compliers using pca. I then installed
SunRay 5 which seems to be 4.2 with updates and a "connector". It turns out
that there are patches for it but they didn't show up in pca. Also, it appears
that pca can't download the current ones from Oracle (they don't seem to be
there) although I should be OK to get them according to my support level.
I ended up downloading the whole SunRay Software 5.1.2 from MOS.
Running the installer for that patched the install to include 140994-07 and
145213-02.
Running pca afterwards gives the interesting result:
[x4150 : /export/x4150/patch : 14 ] ./pca -l 140994 145213
Using /var/tmp/patchdiag.xref from Mar/23/11
Host: x4150 (SunOS 5.10/Generic_144489-10/i386/i86pc)
List: 140994 145213 (2/14881)

[x4150 : /export/x4150/patch : 15 ] ./pca -v

I guess I could use some pointers or does PCA not work with SunRay due to the
way Oracle
does patches for it? It looks to me like the current cross reference file
doesn't have appropriate
info for SunRay on x86 Solaris 10?
Thanks,
Stuart
